Mobile Supervisor PERMANENT FULL-TIME POSITION

Position Overview:

We are currently seeking an experienced and highly adaptable Mobile Supervisor to support and oversee security operations across multiple client sites. This fast-paced, high-responsibility role involves site inspections, real-time field response, team coordination, shift coverage, and emergency management.

As a Mobile Supervisor, you are the company's on-the-road leadership, ensuring guards are equipped, supported, and executing duties to Base Ops Security’s professional standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine site visits to monitor guard performance and post compliance
• Provide real-time support to guards during incidents or emergencies
• Fill shift gaps and cover sites as needed on short notice
• Train, mentor, and guide site guards on duties and expectations
• Handle urgent client concerns and report site updates to head office
• Transport uniforms, supplies, and assist in deployment logistics
• Write and submit mobile patrol reports and supervisor logs
• Maintain a high level of visibility, professionalism, and leadership presence in the field
   

Qualifications:

• Valid Ontario Security Guard License (mandatory)
• Valid G-Class Driver’s License with clean abstract (required)
• Experience in mobile patrol, supervisory, or rapid response security roles
• Strong time-management, situational awareness, and problem-solving skills
• Professional appearance and confident communication abilities
• Comfortable working independently and managing on-the-go priorities
• Flexible availability for overnights, weekends, emergencies, and split shifts
• Legal eligibility to work in Canada
