Position Overview:

We are hiring sharp, calm, and tech-savvy professionals for our Monitoring Operator / Escalations Specialist team. This role is critical to the success of our security operations, involving live surveillance, real-time threat identification, and coordination of emergency responses.

You’ll be based in our central command center or a hybrid remote environment, monitoring multiple client sites, fielding security alerts, and escalating incidents to mobile units, supervisors, or emergency services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor multiple CCTV feeds, alarm systems, and access control dashboards
• Analyze suspicious behavior, breaches, or equipment alerts in real-time
• Dispatch mobile supervisors or guards based on site activity
• Document incidents, video events, and shift summaries with precision
• Liaise with emergency responders, clients, and internal teams when required
• Maintain clear, professional communication under pressure
• Track service requests, client escalations, and follow-through actions
• Uphold information confidentiality and high command center standards
   

Qualifications:

• Valid Ontario Security Guard License (preferred)
• Experience in a command center, control room, or live surveillance role (preferred)
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with multi-monitor setups
• Ability to focus for long periods and manage high-pressure decision-making
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Flexible availability for overnights, weekends, and holidays 
• Legal eligibility to work in Canada
